Lesley Logan is a Power Pilates certified Pilates instructor. Born in Lodi, Ca and raised by her mother Lisa and father Mike a personal trainer and coach, physical fitness was always emphasized as an essential element in maintaining a happy and balanced life. Lesley discovered Pilates in 2001 during a mat class in Orange County at Body Arts and Science.
Lesley immediately loved the discipline Pilates demanded and its focus on core strength to gain better posture, length and flexibility. After her first class, she knew that she found her passion, and began taking classes incorporating the reformer, mat, and other apparatus. Shortly thereafter, Lesley began her training to receive her certification as an instructor with Power Pilates in Beverly Hills, CA. She continues to further her understanding of the practice by attending workshops taught by Master teachers. She is a teacher trainer for The Equinox Pilates Institute and recently became a Lululemon Athletica Ambassador!

The foundation to Lesley's teaching is classical Pilates, following Joseph Pilates' orders and intentions. Lesley has learned, through experience and study, that students obtain the best results by using his original teachings and with functional movement. It is through this combination that Lesley helps her clients gain the benefits of Pilates and achieve their goals.
Through Lesley's enthusiasm and dedication to teaching classical Pilates, she has developed a loyal base of regular students, welcoming all those curious to learn more about Joseph Pilates' methods. Her passion for Pilates is contagious and her personality makes every class fun and challenging at the same time. She custom tailors each session to the specific needs and abilities of her students and makes adjustments depending on each students' goals and objectives. Her classes enable her students to maximize their potential, improve over time, and enjoy the greatest benefits from Pilates.
Lesley emphasizes a well-rounded perspective on physical fitness and nutrition and encourages her students to eat healthily, practice yoga, and maintain cardio vascular fitness in addition to regular Pilates practice. She loves when her students join her for a run or yoga class. She believes in setting goals and encourages her students to set theirs! Pilates is mind, body and spirit! Having goals for health, personal and professional goals keeps you present and makes life and fitness meaningful!
